Subject to product availability, we will process orders within 7 working days after which it will be shipped.

Our delivery charge for all standard size is R70-00. Note that the delivery charge for the bigger box is R100 or R120 per box per delivery as these are heavier items. Our gifts are packed individually to protect them, while in transit. When ordering more than one gift to the same address The Courier Guy charges us per box –weight and volumetric of the delivery, therefore there is no discount sending more than one gift to one address.

Courier Guys Couriers delivers Monday to Friday, business hours and delivery times will vary according to their schedule, therefore we cannot guarantee that specific delivery times can be met.

The courier will not call you on approach.

Please ensure that you have a correct and valid shipping address. We are not responsible if the shipping address provided is not correct. We cannot refund any portion of the cost if perishable goods spoil or if the parcel is lost as a result of an incorrect shipping address.
