In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to Hall’s Of Florida (Pty) Ltd t/a Love’t. Your access to and use of all information on this website including purchase of our product/s is provided subject to the following terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We therefore recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.
Product Descriptions
We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our web site, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any miss description, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.
Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.
Product Orders
Our products are for sale to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.
We endeavour to ensure that our product list is current however we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.
Shipping is an additional charge calculated at time of purchase.
When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and credit card details. We undertake to take due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.
Delivery of your ordered product/s will be as set out in our Shipping Policy which may be accessed from our home page.
Product Returns
We offer a guaranteed refund for any product returned to us within 14 days of original shipping date (shipping/handling charges are non-refundable).
We will refund the cost of all merchandise returns that are received in unopened and undamaged condition.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Order Cancellations – In the event that an order is canceled more than twenty-four (24) hours after it has been placed, and the order has been shipped, initial and return shipping costs will be charged to the purchaser’s original form of payment.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses – If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to Hall’s of Florida t/a Love’t as a result of an incorrect address having been provided by the purchaser, initial and return-shipping costs will be charged to the purchaser. This applies to orders shipped to third party recipients as well. Similarly, we will not issue refunds for products damaged, lost, or stolen for the same reason.
Incorrectly Ordered Items – In order for a credit to be issued for incorrectly ordered items, the product must be returned, at the purchaser’s expense, to our return address listed above and must be in the same condition as it was received. It is up to the purchaser to choose a return delivery method that best suits their needs. Please note that on orders caused by customer error, we are unable to issue credit for shipping in either direction.
Missing Items – In the event that an item is missing from an order received, a claim must be made within two (2) business days of receipt as determined by Courier Guys Couriers. The transaction will be reviewed and a credit issued accordingly.
Orders Shipped with Incorrect Merchandise – If an exchange is requested, the correct product will be shipped at no additional charge to the purchaser. If a credit is requested, a credit will be issued for the amount involved. Notification of order discrepancies must be made within two (2) business days of receipt as determined by Courier Guys Couriers.
Shipping
Subject to product availability,we will process orders within 7 working days after which it will be shipped.
Delivery will be charged as per delivery schedule.
Courier Guys Couriers delivers Monday to Friday, business hours and delivery times will vary according to their schedule, therefore we can not guarantee that specific delivery times can be met.
The courier will not call you on approach.
Please ensure that you have a correct and valid shipping address. We are not responsible if the shipping address provided is not correct. We cannot refund any portion of the cost if perishable goods spoil or if the parcel is lost as a result of an incorrect shipping address.
Hall’s Of Florida t/a Lovet does not ship to Post Boxes.
We do not currently ship to International desitinations.
